Manage end to end order processing for service parts and accessories across Asia Pacific markets.
Coordinate with distributors, suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of orders and shipments.
Prepare and verify shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists and bills of lading.
Handle warranty claims, shipment discrepancies and logistics related enquiries to support customer satisfaction.
Process supplier and customer invoices through SAP while maintaining accurate operational records.
Prepare monthly operational reports and support continuous improvement of service and supply chain performance.
