Hiring: Accounts Assistant (1-Year Contract) | Up to $3,500 + Completion Bonus

Location: Asia Square (Near Shenton Way MRT)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday

• 8.30am – 5.30pm OR 9.00am – 6.00pm

Salary: Up to $3,500/month

Bonus: 1-Month Completion Bonus

Assist with monthly financial closing and management reporting
Verify and process agents' disbursements and ensure compliance with company procedures
Perform agent statement reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items
Review operating cost provisions, unbilled/unearned revenue, and bunker stock reports
Process supplier invoices within required timelines
Handle daily accounting operations and support ad-hoc finance duties
