Job Scope:

• Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations.
• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily work assignments.
• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Ensure timely receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Perform stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure quality checks are completed before deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers on warehouse activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized warehouse.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist with manual handling of goods when required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to support warehouse operations when required.
