Contract type: Full time

Monitor and ensure overall site progress is on schedule.
Design, plan, and coordinate site electrical works.
Attend site meeting with Main Contractor, Consultant, & Architect.
Prepare Drawings and Technical Submission documents.
Monitor and review operational costs and be responsible for the project's financial performance.
Monitor the project's progress within budget and timeline.
Prepare and submit monthly Progress Claims.
Negotiable with Main Contractors on Progress Claim and VO payments.
Managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
Experienced in the electrical trade of HDB/ Condominium/Commercial projects is preferred.
