Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer who is passionate about building scalable solutions and eager to grow into architect-level roles.

This role offers exposure to advanced ServiceNow implementations, mentorship from senior architects, and opportunities to work on AI and automation-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations on ServiceNow
  • Build catalog items, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions
  • Work across modules such as CSM, HRSD, FSM, ITOM, SecOps, and IRM
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs
  • Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to continuous delivery improvements

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
  • CSA certification with at least one CIS certification
  • Experience in one or more ServiceNow modules (CSM, HRSD, ITOM, FSM, IRM)
  • Hands-on Agile delivery experience
