HR Assistant / HR Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Assistant / HR Executive to support the company’s daily HR operations. The successful candidate will be involved in recruitment, payroll, work pass administration, employee records management, and general HR administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and onboarding arrangements.

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary payments.

  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related matters in compliance with Singapore regulations.

  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.

  • Administer employee benefits, leave records, attendance, claims, and related HR matters.

  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation letters, and other HR-related documents.

  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and company HR policies.

  • Liaise with government agencies, external vendors, and relevant authorities when required.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department and Management.

  • Perform any other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 1to 2 year of relevant HR experience.

  • Experience in payroll processing and Singapore HR practices will be an advantage.

  • Knowledge of MOM employment regulations and work pass administration is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Responsible, organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Working Location: Tagore Lane
