Catering Sales Executive

We are a fast-growing catering company looking for a responsible, driven individual to handle our sales operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and web leads.
• Prepare and send accurate quotations promptly.
• Follow up actively to convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
• Handle tender submissions and ensure deadlines are met.
• Update sales records, quotations, and order status in company systems.

Requirements

• Experience in catering, hospitality, event sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, organised, and sales-driven mindset.
• Comfortable handling multiple enquiries and customers daily.
