Your Responsibilities

• As a Process Engineering Technician, you will:
• Assist engineers with process and equipment validation
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and perform root cause analysis
• Support continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing & 5S initiatives)
• Evaluate manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
• Assist in developing technical capabilities across departments
• Fabricate and maintain basic jigs and fixtures
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals
• Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing standards

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing or engineering support
• Experience working in a production/factory environment

Preferred Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & 5S
• Understanding of ESD best practices
• Basic project coordination experience
• Able to use basic hand tools and workshop equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
