Bring exceptional customer service and ensure an outstanding dining experience for all guests
Prepare the restaurant for daily opening and closing operations, maintaining cleanliness and readiness
Make sure and attend to guests' needs and ensure smooth table service throughout the dining experience
Maintain efficient coordination with the kitchen to ensure timely food delivery and high service standards
Monitor cleanliness, food safety, hygiene standards, and workplace discipline in accordance with regulatory requirements
Identify operational challenges and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer experience
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
