Job Description

• Position: Cargo Coordinator / Cargo Handler / Warehouse Coordinator
• Well-established Public-listed Multinational Provider of Integrated Aviation Services
• 6 Days Work Week / Rotating Shift
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,600 + Shift Allowance + Overtime Pay
• $5,000 Joining Bonus
• Entitled to AWS + Variable Performance Bonuses
• Entitled $5,000 Joining Bonus
• Working Location: Changi Airport
• Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits Provided
• Duration: Permanent

• No Prior Experience is Required as Full Training Provided

Main Responsibilities

• Handle cargo operations, including loading, unloading, and movement of shipments using manual handling and forklifts.
• Verify cargo documentation and system records to ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines, freight agents, and other stakeholders to resolve operational enquiries and issues.
• Lead and supervise a team of Cargo Handlers, ensuring the timely, safe, and compliant handling of cargo shipments.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline.
• No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or cargo operations will be an added advantage.
• Good supervisory and team leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with airlines, agents, and other stakeholders.
• Willing to work permanent shift schedules.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Willing to undergo forklift training and obtain forklift certification.
