Job Summary

Drive sales and service operations by managing the full sales cycle and delivering technical support for semiconductor capital equipment to wafer fab and R&D clients.

Responsibilities

Sales :

  • Manage the full sales cycle of equipment, spare parts, and consumables to wafer fab industry clients and R&D/universities
  • Handles existing accounts & open up new accounts

Service:

  • Provide technical service, installation, start-up, and ongoing support for semiconductor capital equipment
  • Address customer applications and service issues by coordinating with suppliers to deliver effective solutions
  • Analyze schematic drawings and diagrams to troubleshoot equipment failures and identify root causes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics
  • Experience in sales or service within the wafer fab industry
  • Strong communication skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively
  • Tenacity to persevere in sales and service challenges
