Project Engineer

Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm (may need to work on Saturday due to project)

Executive Engineer/Senior Engineer - Salary up $8,100

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, design, and oversee mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering works for building services projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare technical specifications, tender documentation, and review engineering and construction drawings.
• Conduct technical evaluations of tender submissions and prepare comprehensive tender evaluation reports.
• Coordinate and participate in technical, design, and progress meetings with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Supervise project execution, monitor site progress, and identify any non-compliance or deviations from project specifications and quality standards.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support project and departmental objectives.

JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1/3/5 years of relevant experience in the building services or M&E engineering industry, depending on the role level.
• Prior experience in an M&E consulting firm will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of M&E system design, building projects, and relevant Singapore codes of practice and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or BIM software is preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, proactively, and confidently.
• Proven experience in the successful delivery of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Recreational building projects is preferred.
• Eligibility for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore, will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates or candidates without relevant working experience but possessing strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
