Warehouse & Logistics Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and unpack incoming shipments.
• Prepare, pack, label, and dispatch outgoing deliveries accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Load, unload, and secure goods safely for transportation.
• Maintain accurate documentation for products issued for repair or field service.
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and assist with periodic inventory audits.
• Coordinate inventory movements with external warehouse providers.
• Deliver and collect products from customers, suppliers, and external warehouses as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse and workshop environment.
• Support other warehouse and logistics activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level, GCE 'O' Level, or equivalent qualification.
