Business Development Manager (Marine & Industrial Lifting Products) [EL]

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within target industries.

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.

• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

• Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in lifting equipment, rigging, or industrial supplies.

• Knowledge of wire ropes, slings, and shackles preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and independent.
