Job Scope

• Manage landscaping and facilities service contracts

• Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA/KPI compliance

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and service quality checks

• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues

• Support procurement, budgeting, billing, and contract administration

• Maintain contract documentation and support continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Horticulture, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Healthcare, Contract Management, or related disciplines

• Experience in landscaping, facilities services, or vendor/contract management

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
