Job Scope

• Support HR projects and M&A transition activities

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration

• Coordinate meetings, communications, and project logistics

• Review and benchmark HR policies against local labour laws

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Prior HR or administrative experience is an advantage
