3–5 years of hands-on experience working with Apache Kafka in enterprise environments.
Proven experience in both Kafka development and production support, including designing, developing, and maintaining Kafka-based solutions.
Strong background in supporting production environments, monitoring Kafka clusters, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability.
Experience with incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), problem resolution, and implementing preventive measures.
Demonstrated ability to maintain and support mission-critical systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely issue resolution and continuous platform improvements.
