Position requirements

  • 5 years relevant experience in Construction Industry
  • Possess WSH Safety Officer License
  • NEA Certified as a ECO

Job scope

  • Analyse data on Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) performance, conditions and practices.
  • Carry out WSH compliance inspections.
  • Clarify WSH programme requirements to employees of other departments.
  • Coach team members on how to conduct routine checks on work activities.
  • Conduct WSH incident and accident investigations.
  • Review and update SMMs (Safe Management Measures) if recurring non-compliance is detected.
  • Lead safety audits, inspections, and corrective actions to improve site safety and performance.
