NPI Engineer
Position Summary
The NPI Engineer is responsible for introducing new products intomanufacturing, ensuring process readiness, yield performance, and smoothtransition into mass production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead EVT, DVT, and PVT builds
· Process flow
· Work Instructions
· Manufacturing setup
- Identify risks and drive process improvements
- Monitor yield and performance during ramp
- Coordinate with Design, Test, Manufacturing, and Quality teams
- Ensure smooth product transition to mass production
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering
Experience
- 5+ years of NPI experience in electronics or optical module manufacturing
Technical Skills
· Strong understanding of:
· Manufacturing process flow (DB/WB/AA/Test)
· Process development and validation
· Experience in:
· EVT, DVT, PVT phases
· Processrisk assessment
Soft Skills
· Strong project coordination andproblem-solving ability
· Cross-functional communication skills
