As our first Wellness Travel Consultant, you'll be the face of Victory Wellness, guiding clients from their first enquiry through to booking, travel, and post-trip support. Working closely with the Director, you'll help shape the client experience and play a key role in growing this new brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Consult with clients to understand their wellness goals and recommend suitable retreat programs.
  • Coordinate bookings with our Thailand retreat partners, including program availability, flights, visas, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage client bookings from enquiry to departure.
  • Create simple content for our website and social media, including retreat highlights and program descriptions.
  • Support outreach to corporate clients and HR teams for group wellness retreats.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and client communications.

Who We're Looking For

Essential

  • Excellent written English with strong client communication skills.
  • Professional and confident handling WhatsApp and email conversations.
  • Basic content creation skills (Canva and simple social media posts).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Preferred

  • Experience or interest in travel, hospitality, wellness, customer service, or sales.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, and AI tools.
  • Passionate about health, wellbeing, and helping people.

You'll Stand Out If You Are

  • Empathetic and able to build trust with clients.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple bookings simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Reliable, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Fluent in a second language (Mandarin, Bengali, Hindi, Tamil, or Malay), which is an advantage.
