Job responsibilities

• Sourcing and reaching out to potential candidates for open roles
• Reviewing resumes and shortlisting candidates who meet role requirements
• Coordinating and conducting interviews to assess candidates' suitability and fit
• Working with hiring managers to understand what their teams are looking for
• Supporting new hires through onboarding and contract signing
• Helping the team stay organised through admin and day-to-day coordination
