Job Responsibilities:

• Process corporate action events for both Singapore and foreign markets accurately and within stipulated timelines
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth execution of business-as-usual activities and adherence to service standards
• Verify and process entitlements, elections, and corporate action instructions in accordance with operational procedures
• Attend to enquiries from internal stakeholders and business units in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with documented procedures, operational controls, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and maintain operational accuracy to meet established service level indicators

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accountancy, or related disciplines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
