Our client, a leadingglobal organization in the Information Technology and Services industry, islooking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their SoftwareDevelopment team through our Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD) Program.

This is an excellentopportunity for fresh graduates and junior IT professionals who are eager tolearn emerging technologies and kick-start their careers in Oracle and Talend.No prior experience with Oracle or Talend is required, as comprehensivetraining will be provided.

About the Role

As part of theHire-Train-Deploy (HTD) Program, selected candidates will undergo approximately2 months of instructor-led training in Oracle and Talend technologies. Uponsuccessful completion of the training, candidates will be deployed to a liveenterprise project with our MNC client, where they will receive hands-onexperience and On-the-Job Training (OJT) across various phases of the SoftwareDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC).

This program isdesigned to equip candidates with industry-relevant technical skills whileproviding exposure to real-world enterprise application development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in approximately 2 months of exclusive training in Oracle and Talend.
• Complete all assigned technical learning modules and assessments during the training period.
• Join the software/application development team upon successful completion of training.
• Gain practical experience through On-the-Job Training (OJT) on enterprise projects.
• Contribute to software development activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with senior developers and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and development practices.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of IT experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, or similar.
• Basic understanding of SQL or databases is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for learning new technologies and building a long-term career in software development.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
