1 Year Contract Staff, Business Office Department (Hospital)

Salary: $2300 - $2600

Location: Joo Chiat

Working Hours: 3 rotating shifts including overnights and weekends, will be rostered any 5 days of the week

• Front counter duties

• Registration of walk-in patients

• Preparation of patient documentation

• Conducting financial counselling

• Handling payment collection

• Reconciling daily collections

• Responding to patient phone inquiries

• Managing email correspondence

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
