*URGENT* Patient Service Officer (Clinic, 5,5 days office hours) #HRY

5.5 days OH 8.30am to 5.30pm

Will be rotated around 4 clinics (Farrer Park, Mt E, Mt E Novena, Gleneagles)

• Perform clinical frontline duties: registration, appointment bookings, phone calls, etc. using clinic system.
• Provide Pre-operation advise for patients.
• Follow up with doctors or clinic staff on completing the information required.
• Assist doctor with chaperone and other medical procedure
• Assist in training and guiding new and junior staff.
• Perform daily counter closing and alert superiors on discrepancies if any.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Prior clinic assistant experience
• Okay to rotate 4 different clinics
• Tech-savvy
• Roster Planning
