North Indian Curry and Tandoor Business Development Manager

drives revenue by securing catering contracts, identifying new markets, and managing client relationships

. This role connects kitchen operations with commercial growth to enhance brand presence for North Indian dining.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Expansion: Identifying market opportunities, securing corporate catering contracts, and managing event bookings.
  • Operational Collaboration: Coordinating with culinary teams to ensure consistent quality of curries and tandoori items.
  • Relationship Management: Building, maintaining, and strengthening partnerships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Sales & Strategy: Negotiating contracts and monitoring competitor trends to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of North Indian cuisine (Tandoor/curry) and F&B sales experience.
  • Core Competencies: Excellent negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Education: A degree in business, marketing, or hospitality is often preferred

Note- This is Indian Restaurant need to work 2 shift morning and evening, and got south indian food also.
