Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support solution design.
Validate requirements throughout the project lifecycle and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements, particularly in regional or multi-location implementations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments to ensure successful project delivery.
Support change initiatives by ensuring solutions align with business objectives and operational needs.

Degree in Information Technology or any related discipline.
5–8 years of Business Analyst experience within Banking or Financial Services.
Experience working with one or more banking and investment platforms such as Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, or FinIQ.
Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery methodologies.
Experience supporting solution design, requirement validation, and testing activities.
Solid stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to facilitate workshops and influence cross-functional teams.
