Production Engineer #HJO

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering and technical support for daily production operations
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and servicing of production machinery and equipment
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and machine maintenance manuals
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and productivity enhancement
• Analyse production performance and implement initiatives to improve machine efficiency and reduce reject rates
• Plan, evaluate, and execute engineering projects to improve operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards, workplace regulations, and company policies
• Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and engineering documentation
• Perform other engineering and operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong interest in manufacturing, automation, and production engineering
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and industrial engineering principles
