Payroll Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Handle CPF submissions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit IR8A forms and support AIS (Auto-Inclusion Scheme) reporting.
- Maintain employee payroll records, leave records, and personnel files.
- Calculate overtime, allowances, deductions, and final payments.
- Prepare and distribute monthly payslips.
- Handle employee enquiries related to payroll and benefits.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding administrative procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and company policies.
- Support HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of payroll experience in Singapore.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and IRAS requirements.
- Experience with payroll software such as Talenox, Info-Tech, Payboy, or similar systems will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling end-to-end payroll processing.
- Familiarity with AIS and IR8A submissions.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
