Payroll Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
  • Handle CPF submissions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit IR8A forms and support AIS (Auto-Inclusion Scheme) reporting.
  • Maintain employee payroll records, leave records, and personnel files.
  • Calculate overtime, allowances, deductions, and final payments.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly payslips.
  • Handle employee enquiries related to payroll and benefits.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding administrative procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and company policies.
  • Support HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll experience in Singapore.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and IRAS requirements.
  • Experience with payroll software such as Talenox, Info-Tech, Payboy, or similar systems will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in handling end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with AIS and IR8A submissions.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
