Claims Analyst (6/12 months contract) #NJN

Responsibilities

• Assess and process daily health insurance claims accurately according to policy terms and guidelines.

• Ensure claims are reviewed and completed within required turnaround time.

• Follow up on pending claims and handle customer/intermediary enquiries professionally.

• Manage and resolve claims-related feedback or complaints in a timely manner.

• Prepare claims reports and support team operations when required.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.

• Support training and knowledge sharing within the team.
