Salary: SGD 3,500 - SGD 6,500 per month

Contract type: Full time

* Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works

* Liaise with consultants, contractors & authorities from inception to completion of projects on C&S matters

* Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to authorities and clients

* Manage projects to meet the time, cost and quality objectivies

* Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical siteinspection and attending meeting

* Assists in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
Proficient in MS Office/Excel
At least 3 years of local construction experience
Knowledge in BIM / Revit software is added advantage.
At least Diploma/ Degree in Civil & Structural engineering or equivalent recognized by the Professional Engineers Board
Fluent in English , Good project management and communication skills
