Job Description

  • Contract administration
  • Prepare tenders and quotations, progress claims, variations
  • Liase with customer, handle emails
  • Invoice, collect outstanding payments, payrolls, other miscellaneous paper works assigned
  • Handle monthly invoice and payroll in time manners
  • Any other tasks assigned by manager or director

Requirements

  • Able to work in noisy workshop area environment
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Able to work under pressure environment
