We are a leading distribution company specializing in medical and laboratory equipment, providing on-site support and maintenance services for hospitals.

Job Summary

The Biomedical Engineer will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair medical and laboratory equipment in hospitals. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to develop practical skills and experience in healthcare equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular preventative maintenance on medical and laboratory equipment.
Respond to service calls and repair equipment on-site at hospitals.
Maintain accurate service and repair records.
Report to the Assistant Technical Manager.
Ensure all equipment is safe, functional, and compliant with hospital standards.
Travel to different hospital locations using a company-provided car.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply; Training is provided.
Hands-on, proactive, and interested in practical engineering work.
Good communication skills to liaise with hospital staff.
Willingness to travel to different hospital sites. Possess Class 3 driving license.
Motivated to grow and develop skills within the company.
