[Entry Level] Bank Officer (Up to $3,000) #BTS

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operational support
• Manage end-to-end Unit Trust (Fund) operational processes
• Prepare and analyze regular product performance reports across multiple distribution channels
• Coordinate and support customer and staff engagement campaigns
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and conducted post-campaign analysis
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Assist with automated manual reporting processes through the use of Excel Macros and VBA
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
