Salary Range: $4,000 - $4,600

Build, maintain, and analyze datasets, dashboards, and reports to support sales analysis and business decision-making
Translate data-driven insights into actionable sales and marketing strategies
Drive and execute B2B marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and lead generation activities
Support market development through data analysis using Microsoft tools, SAP, and internal systems
Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and improve sales performance
Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Contribute ideas proactively to enhance operational efficiency and commercial performance
Support marketing planning, sales enablement, and customer engagement initiatives

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines
3 to 6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within B2B industries
Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or Tableau
Knowledge of Power Automate will be advantageous
Experience in building dashboards and reports
Proven experience in campaign execution, lead generation, and data-driven marketing initiatives
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business trends and propose actionable solutions
Proactive, meticulous, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills
