Financial Accounting & Reporting

Oversee full-spectrum accounting functions including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, and Inventory.
Manage month-end and year-end close for multiple regional entities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Prepare and submit timely Group reporting, including intercompany reconciliations and consolidation support.

Tax, Compliance & Audit

Manage regional tax compliance, including GST/SST, corporate tax, and transfer pricing matters.
Coordinate with external tax agents, auditors, and outsourced accounting partners across Southeast Asia.
Lead statutory audits and ensure timely completion of regulatory filings.
Monitor evolving tax and e-Invoicing requirements across the region.

Systems, Treasury & Process Improvement

Act as the finance lead for ERP and finance systems (Infor M3, Tagetik, Esker A/P or similar).
Oversee cash flow forecasting, banking operations, and treasury activities.
Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and finance automation initiatives.
Support finance setup and compliance requirements for new business entities.

Business Partnering & Analysis

Provide financial insights on sales, rental operations, service profitability, and inventory performance.
Review capital expenditure proposals and support investment decision-making.
Monitor working capital, inventory ageing, and credit control to mitigate financial risks.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
8–12 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a regional supervisory role.
Well verse in financial reporting, tax, audit, and internal controls.
Experience with Infor M3, Tagetik, Esker A/P, or similar systems is advantageous.
