Lift Specialist

Department: Field Service

A Lift Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of elevators. This role involves routine maintenance to keep the equipment in optimal condition.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of lift according to maintenance schedule
• Report defects or problems found during maintenance
• Attend to customer calls/requests and respond to incident and recovery
• Responsible for completing work records after completion of maintenance work
• Ensure that all maintenance work complies with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Attend regular toolbox meetings conducted by supervisor

• Candidate must possess at least a NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or NITEC in Building Environment (Vertical Transportation). Entry level candidates are welcome.
• At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in lift industry. Non-experience but with passion are welcome.
• Proven communication and inter-personnel skills.
• Achiever with self-motivation attributes.
• Able to work in a team or individual.
• Mature, responsible and discipline personality.
