Responsibilities:

Install and configure software and hardware
Troubleshoot and monitor systems operation
Ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
Maintain and support IT assets such as desktops, servers, storage, network and applications platform
Incident and Change Management

Requirements:

ITE/Diploma holder or equivalent
1 year of relevant working experience in IT infrastruture support
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
Knowledge in Windows/Linux environment an advantage
Comfortable working in Data Center
Experienced in IT monitoring, Log review, Software Troubleshoot and Hardware Troubleshoot
Handle and manage service and change requests
Able to work on rotation shift
