Job Summary

As the Director/General Manager at HuitongConsulting, you will lead operational strategy and execution, drive financial performance, and ensure departmental success to achieve business goals and represent the firm in key negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate company-wide operations to achieve strategic objectives and operational excellence
• Monitor and evaluate departmental performance against KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals
• Manage company profit and loss statements and conduct budget forecasting to support financial health
• Represent the firm in high-level negotiations to secure partnerships and business opportunities

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 8–10 years of management experience with demonstrated success in consultancy leadership
