about the job

As Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive direct support and guidance from your manager and experienced mentor. There will be opportunity to cross-collaborate with the wider business as well as colleagues from our regional markets.

  • 360-Degree Recruitment: Expertly managing the full recruitment life cycle-from business development and account management to candidate sourcing, interview preparation, and offer negotiation.
  • Client Acquisition & Growth: Identifying and engaging new businesses and expanding existing client accounts through exceptional service delivery
  • Conducting client meetings with HR contacts or hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and share recruitment trends
  • Identifying potential talents for our key clients spanning a range of industries from start up to Global MNCs.
  • Conducting candidate interviews, negotiating salary package and providing interview tips

skills and experience required

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, talent acquisition, engineering, audit or any other background keen on a rewareding sales career

  • Demonstrated teamwork, leadership skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.

  • Self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to perform business development.
