Private Equity Analyst

JOB OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct industry, market, and company research to identify investment opportunities.
• Analyze financial statements, business models, and competitive positioning of target companies.
• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and investment materials.
• Support due diligence processes, including commercial, financial, and operational assessments.
• Assist in preparing investment committee presentations and transaction documentation.
• Monitor portfolio companies and evaluate operational and financial performance.
• Work closely with investment professionals on live transactions and portfolio management activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Solid financial modelling and valuation capabilities.
• Excellent academic background from a top university, GPA from 3.5.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Professional proficiency in English & Vietnamese.
