Business Development Manager (Automation)

Responsibilities

• Drives strategic market expansion, technology licensing, and collaboration models.
• Assess industry trends, secure and negotiate large business deals, and build lasting relationships across global networks to achieve long-term growth and increase revenue.
• Identify, enter, and develop new markets locally and internationally.
• Work with senior management on key negotiation terms for joint ventures, collaborations, and technology licensing.
• Develop and enhance networks with business consultants, government bodies, industry associations, and academic institutions.
• Analyze customer research and market trends to position the company's unique selling propositions (USPs) and identify new distribution channels.Plan, prepare, and deliver pitches to stakeholders, prospective partners, and clients

Requirement

• Min Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
• Min 5 years of experience in Business development
• Regional travelling is expected
