Paralegal / Senior Paralegal

Job scope includes:

• Providing legal support to Senior Associates;
• Maintaining documents and ensuring all information is organized;
• Any other ad-hoc projects, duties or tasks assigned

Requirements

• We are seeking a suitable candidate with strong background in litigation matters.
• Candidates must possess a strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin in order to provide full secretarial & administration support to the Mandarin speaking Lawyers and the clients, and also, to handle documents written in Chinese language.
• Candidates should also possess e-Litigation knowledge and proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Candidates must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
