Job Responsibilities:


Business Development

· Prepare Standard Quotation Forms for Cost Estimation in line with tender scope/summary

· Assist to Fill-in Tender Forms, Contractor’s particulars, and Technical Data (Upon receipt from PICs) as per Tender Format / requirement

· Prepare Hard Copy/Soft Copy of Bid with necessary supporting documents as per submission requirement as instructed by BD

· Oversee and coordinate with operation team for quantity take-off, measurement, estimation of material required.

· Upon receiving quantities, specifications, project requirements, and manpower requirements, responsible for estimating and sourcing all related material, equipment, and labour costs for tender and project pricing.

· Ensure all tender documents required for submission are complete, properly prepared, and in order in accordance with tender requirements before the submission deadline.

· To request for quotation and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for various trades.

· Oversee of review contracts, identify irregularities in order to ensure compliance of contracts and the drawings.

· Prepare and analyze costings for tenders

· Assist to prepare tender and contract documents including bill of quantities

· Prepare costing and budget, pre and post-tender estimate.

· Prepare and compile tender documents.

· Attend site show round/ tender briefing.

· Manage the financial & contractual of all projects from pre-tender stage including quantities, variations, cost estimates, to tender submission;

· Assist insourcing & identifying business opportunities through newspaper/ online portals.

· Assist to filter and Download the Tender / RFQ Documents for further actions.

· Assist in updating the Tender Master List and keep track of all the Tender / RFQ results/ Status.

Administrative

· To provide support to Business Development (BD) team by carrying out general administrative duties.

· To assist and maintain proper and systematic documentation e-filing system for outgoing and incoming data.

· To support and use of company internal ERP system to execute daily tasks.

· To manage and track status of Project Quotation and Project Registration on company’s ERP system to ensure data are up-to-date and properly captured in the system.

· To follow and ensure compliance to company BD&P policies and procedures.

Others

Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company Management.

Job Requirements:
1. Diploma/ Degree in any discipline, preferably in Construction/ Contract Management of Quantity Surveying, Engineering, etc.

2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in M&E contract administration.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

4. Meticulous, proactive and good time management

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills

6. Good team player with ability to work independently
