We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Chef to join a new opening restaurant in Telok Ayer

Responsibilities

  • Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation
  • Ensure proper food safety and hygiene practices
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels
  • Ensure smooth service operations

Requirements

  • Experience in Japanese restaurants
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced opening team environment
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
