What you’ll be doing

• Identify, engage, and attract top talent across the commodities trading and shipping sectors
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage candidates end-to-end, with a strong understanding of their career goals and motivations
• Deliver tailored recruitment solutions aligned with each client’s business and commercial needs

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within commodities, trading, or shipping
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with commercial awareness
