Senior Programme Executive (Education)

The Senior Programme Executive will be accountable for key operational and service performance indicators including learner satisfaction scores, programme quality and delivery standards, accuracy and timeliness of course administration, operational efficiency and process improvement outcomes, and achievement of programme delivery timelines and targets.
Programme & Delivery Operations
- Plan, coordinate and manage the end-to-end delivery of training programmes, project and events.
- Oversee operational logistics including scheduling, trainer coordination, venue management, learning materials, attendance tracking and learner communications.
- Ensure programmes are delivered smoothly, professionally and in accordance with quality standards, funding requirements and timelines.
- Monitor programme delivery budgets, direct costs and operational efficiency to optimise resource allocation and gross margins.
- Ensure all programme administration processes are completed accurately and promptly.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product, Finance, HR, Infrastructure and IT teams to support successful programme implementation.
- Support the implementation of operational systems, automation and process improvements to improve efficiency and scalability.
Learner & Client Experience Management
- Ensure a positive and engaging learner experience throughout the learning journey.
- Manage learner and client communications professionally and promptly, including service recovery and issue resolution where necessary.
- Monitor and analyse learner feedback, evaluation reports and operational observations to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Drive high standards of customer service and learning support to achieve excellent learner satisfaction outcomes.
Trainer & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong working relationships with trainers, facilitators and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support trainers to ensure training delivery standards and operational requirements are met.
- Partner with stakeholders to anticipate operational needs and proactively resolve issues.
- Support trainer onboarding, communications and scheduling coordination.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and government funding requirements where applicable.
- Identify operational gaps, risks and inefficiencies and implement appropriate improvements.
- Recommend and implement best practices to improve delivery quality, operational effectiveness and learner experience.
- Contribute actively to the enhancement of operational workflows, SOPs and delivery frameworks.
Leadership & Team Contribution
- Provide guidance and support to junior programme executives where required.
- Foster a collaborative, positive and solutions-oriented team culture.
- Contribute actively to organisational initiatives and support the achievement of departmental and organisational KPIs.
Period: Permanent
Location: Clementi
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to $5800
- Degree holder with 2–5 years of experience in programme coordination, training operations, learning administration, or education services from related industry
