Private Equity and M&A Associate

Type of Experience

King & Spalding seeks a team-orientated mid level associate for its globally recognized corporate practice based in Singapore. Qualified candidates will be self-starters with superior academic credentials and 3-4 years of post-qualification corporate experience.

Ideal candidates will be common law qualified with previous experience gained in the region advising private equity sponsors, asset managers, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds on complex, cross‑border transactions across Southeast Asia, India and the wider Asia‑Pacific region.

Team Information

Our Corporate practice group advises on the transactions that drive our clients' business strategies forward. We handle high value deals that shape markets as well as ‘first’ of their kind projects. We are home to a market-leading energy transition private equity practice and a construction and project development practice that is among the largest and most active in the world. Additionally, the team advise on acquisitions and disposals, consortium and joint‑venture structures, co‑investments, fundraisings and significant real asset investments. They provide advice on sophisticated private capital and Private Equity M&A mandates primarily in the infrastructure, and healthcare, logistics, technology and financial services sectors.
