CMA Yishun is the flagship centre of CMA Singapore, a trusted leader in Two-Hand Abacus Mental Arithmetic education with over 16 centres islandwide since 2005.

We are looking for a friendly, positive, and people-oriented individual to be the welcoming face of our centre and support parents and students throughout their learning journey.
Your Role
As the first point of contact for parents and students, you will create a warm and professional experience while helping families understand our programmes and supporting their learning journey with CMA.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Parent Engagement
• Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors professionally
• Build positive relationships with families and provide excellent customer service
• Handle enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Follow up on enquiries and trial classes to support families in their learning journey
• Introduce suitable programmes based on students' needs and learning goals
• Assist parents with course registration and enrolment matters
Centre Administration & Operations
• Manage student registrations, scheduling, attendance, and payments
• Coordinate class arrangements and support teachers' operational needs
• Maintain accurate student records and administrative documentation
• Support centre events, promotions, and parent engagement activities
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the centre
Who We Are Looking For
GCE O-Level, Diploma, or above
Passionate about customer service and working with children and parents
Friendly, cheerful, and confident communicator
Enjoy interacting with parents and helping them find suitable learning programmes
Well-organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to work on weekends (weekday off-days provided)
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, preschool, childcare, tuition, or enrichment centres is an advantage
