Job Summary
Drive sales growth by planning and executing strategies for platform digitalisation, technology solutions, and infrastructure technology. Develop strategic partnerships, negotiate contracts, and lead market expansion initiatives to deliver impactful business results.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales strategies focused on platform digitalisation, technology solutions, infrastructure technology, and CRM (Salesforce) to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with local and regional stakeholders to expand business opportunities
- Develop new business opportunities and hunt for potential clients to grow the customer base
- Negotiate and close sales contracts effectively to secure business deals
- Lead market expansion and implement go-to-market strategies to increase market share
- Manage client, partner, and stakeholder relationships to foster long-term collaboration
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of the technology sales cycle, including product-led growth and customer retention concepts, to optimize sales outcomes
- Lead and manage sales teams with a minimum of 3 years of experience in team management or sales leadership
- Collaborate with government agencies and system integrators within the industry to support sales initiatives
- Demonstrate strategic planning, account management, and sales management skills to drive business success
- Willingness to travel overseas as required to support business development activities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science
